Wood selected as owner’s engineer for world-leading green hydrogen project in Spain
Three of Wood’s most remarkable female engineers have been named in this year’s 氢 Economist Women in 氢 50 list.
For the third consecutive year, Wood’s influential hydrogen experts are being celebrated for their global leadership and their work to advance the sector.
Audrey Hooper, Senior 权力 Process Engineer is being honored in the Industrial Use and Switching category for her leadership in feasibility, 概念设计, code analysis and detailed design.
In the Policy and Regulation category, Nishadi Davis, Head of Carbon Advisory, Americas, stood out for her guidance on lifecycle analysis, including industrial decarbonisation, hydrogen end-use and carbon dioxide utilisation.
Diana Jelenova, Senior Renewable 能源 and 氢 Consultant, has been named a Rising Star for her support in delivering several gigawatts of green hydrogen projects and her mentorship of students in Edinburgh University’s Women in STEM programme.

The Women in 氢 50 list recognises women at all stages of their careers based on contributions to the global hydrogen economy as well as their support and engagement in diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. Previous honourees from Wood include Katherine Zimmerman in the Industrial Use and Switching category, Suzanne Ferguson in the Policy and Regulation category and Valentina Depetri in the Technology and Innovation category.
